Requests and communication
By submitting the form, the visitor confirms that the information is correct and allows RocketPeak to make contact through the details provided. Submitting the form does not itself create contractual obligations.
Services and results
Scope, timing, price, KPIs and responsibilities are agreed separately before work begins. Advertising and commercial performance depend on the product, market, budget, sales team and other factors, so a specific result cannot be guaranteed before testing.
Intellectual property
Website materials, RocketPeak’s visual identity and logo may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. Rights to client deliverables are defined in a separate agreement.
Limitation of liability
RocketPeak is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of general website information or for the operation of third-party platforms, advertising accounts and services.
